I would like to share my experience with this cream. Although the description says it is suitable for all skin types, unfortunately it did not work for me.
I have normal skin that tends to be dry during the winter season and I have always used creams with a rich texture, so this type of product is not unusual for me. However, when I apply this cream, it keeps pilling, and my skin actually feels even drier afterwards.
I contacted customer support, and they told me that this can happen and that the cream may not suit everyone. Unfortunately, that was the end of the conversation - no compensation or option to exchange the product for a different one was offered.
Since the cream is quite expensive, I cannot simply buy another product and leave this one unused. For products in this price range - and honestly for skincare in general, I believe it would be very helpful to offer the possibility of purchasing individual samples, rather than only selling them in larger sample sets. This would allow customers to make a more informed decision and avoid disappointment.

Even universally developed products can perform differently depending on skin condition, layering routine, application method, or seasonal factors. Unfortunately, no cosmetic product can guarantee identical results for every person, and in some cases a formula may simply not be the right fit.
Regarding pilling and dryness, this can sometimes occur depending on how the product interacts with other products in a routine, the amount applied, or the condition of the skin barrier at the time of use. That said, we fully understand how disappointing it can feel when expectations are not met.
Our store policy does not provide refunds or compensation in cases where a product does not suit individual skin preferences or needs. This allows us to maintain product integrity and fairness for all customers.
