DELIVERY AND RETURNS

In Latvia and the Baltics

• Delivery fee to Pick-up points is 2.49 EUR;
• Delivery fee by courier is 4.95 EUR;
• Free delivery in Latvia on orders over 150.00 EUR.

In European Union

• The delivery fee to Pick-up points is 9.99 EUR;
• Delivery fee by courier is 14.99 EUR;
• Free delivery on orders over 250 EUR.

In the rest of Europe

• The delivery fee to Pick-up points is 9.99 EUR;
• Delivery fee by courier is 14.99 EUR.

Other countries

If your country is not listed in the delivery options, but you would like to purchase the products and have them delivered, please get in touch at info@labrains.eu and we will customize a solution for you. 

Receiving in the LABRAINS office (Latvia only)

• Receive your order at LABRAINS office, Latgales str. 127, Riga, Latvia during working hours: Monday - Thursday from 10:00 to 16:00; Friday from 10:00 to 15:00

Delivery time

NB! During sale and holiday season the delivery time may vary. 

Standard delivery time for orders is 1-5 working days. Orders placed during the sale may take a little longer than usual to be delivered.
Please note that:

• If you have chosen delivery by courier, please indicate a delivery address where you can be and receive the order on working days, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Please provide correct phone number and detailed address. Please provide all necessary additional information, such as the door code, so that the courier can make the delivery on time. If the address provided is inaccurate or incorrect, this delivery time may be extended.
• At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask to name the order number and/or to present an identity document (passport, ID card or driver's license) to verify the recipient's identity and record the last 5 digits of the document number.
• The buyer, who receives the product outside the European Union area, is responsible for covering all expenses related to customs clearance.

Return of orders and right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel the purchased order within 14 days of receiving it, by sending it by mail/courier or by personally coming to our office (Latgales iela 127, Riga, LV-1003). Items must be unused and undamaged and a printed order confirmation must accompany the shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

LABRAINS will refund the money received to the payer's account within 3 working days from the day the returned goods are received, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.

If you want to return an order, the purchase of which provided you with a gift (for example, you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or the purchase of a certain product), you must also return the received gift. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the amount returned.

Return of damaged goods

If you have received a damaged order, please contact us by email: info@labrains.eu or telephone: +371 28 010 107. Return of damaged products or orders is possible within 14 days from the day of receiving the products.
