We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist

This led to the birth of LABRAINS – a Latvian-made eco-friendly cosmetics and skincare brand offering innovative, high-quality, and environmentally friendly skincare products.
Currently, we are looking for an active and energetic addition to our team – a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
Job Description:
- Oversee the implementation of marketing activities at partner retail locations and maintain relationships with store personnel by providing product knowledge.
- Work with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Regularly gather, evaluate, and analyze market trends in Latvia and the Baltic region.
- Represent the LABRAINS brand at industry seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and retail.
- Ability to make independent decisions and organize daily tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Good command of the English language.
What We Offer:
- Gross salary: €2,000 – €2,800 per month, depending on skills and experience, plus bonuses.
