We are looking for an experienced and dynamic eCommerce Manager to join our team and drive our online sales and digital presence to new heights.
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES.

eCommerce Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales.

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior on the website.

Website Management:
-
Oversee the LABRAINS website on Shopify.
-
Optimize site functionality and aesthetics.
-
Oversee and coordinate email automation.
-
Work with IT support – Shopify support, outsourced IT support.

Digital Marketing:
-
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC).

Plan and execute affiliate marketing on the webpage.
-
Use data analytics to measure campaign performance.
-
Work and coordinate with the team that creates and manages digital ads.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Managers.

Manage the eCommerce marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Customer Experience:

Enhance the online customer journey and satisfaction.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
-
Create strategies to increase customer testimonials on the webpage.
-
Sales Analysis:
-
Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.

Generate regular reports on eCommerce performance and present insights to senior management.

Identify and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.

Inventory Management:
-
Communicate with the packaging department and the laboratory about new products, their implementation on the webpage, and coordinate optimal stock levels on the webpage.

Manage logistics related to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or a similar role (experience in the beauty, skincare industry will be considered an advantage).
- Experience managing and optimizing Shopify-based websites is required.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo).
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Latvian and English.
- Passion and interest in working in the clean beauty industry.

- Net salary from 1800 to 3000 EUR per month, depending on skill level and experience.
