Preču piegāde un atgriešana

PIEGĀDES VEIDI

Latvijā un Baltijā

• Bezmaksas piegāde Latvijā un Baltijā uz DPD Pickup punktiem virs 250.00 EUR;
• Pasūtījumiem zem 250.0 EUR piegādes maksa uz DPD Pickup punktiem atkarībā no piegādes veicēja izcenojuma (Latvijā – 2.49 EUR, Igaunijā un Lietuvā – 5.49 EUR);
• Bezmaksas piegāde Latvijā un Baltijā ar kurjeru pasūtījumiem virs 250.00 EUR;
• Pasūtījumiem zem 250.00 EUR piegādes maksa ar kurjeru atkarībā no piegādes veicēja izcenojuma.

Eiropā un citās pasaules valstīs

• Bezmaksas piegāde uz DPD Pickup punktiem virs 250 EUR;
• Pasūtījumiem zem 250 EUR piegādes maksa uz DPD Pickup punktiem atkarībā no piegādes veicēja izcenojuma;
• Piegādes maksa ar kurjeru atkarībā no piegādes veicēja izcenojuma.

Piegādes laiks

Pasūtījumu piegādes laiks ir 1–5 darba dienas. Izpārdošanas laikā noformēto pasūtījumu piegāde var aizņemt mazliet vairāk laika nekā parasti.
Lūdzu, ņemiet vērā, ka:

• Ja esat izvēlējusies/-ies piegādes veikšanu ar kurjeru, lūdzam norādīt tādu saņemšanas adresi, kurā varēsiet atrasties un saņemt pasūtījumu darba dienās, laikā no 9:00 līdz 18:00.
• Lūdzam norādīt pareizu tālruņa numuru un detalizētu adresi. Lūdzam norādīt visu vajadzīgo papildinformāciju, piemēram, durvju kodu, lai kurjers varētu veikt piegādi noteiktajā laikā. Ja adrese ir norādīta neprecīza vai nepareiza, šis piegādes laiks var tikt pagarināts.
• Kurjeram piegādes brīdī ir tiesības lūgt nosaukt pasūtījuma numuru un/vai uzrādīt personu apliecinošu dokumentu (pasi, ID karti vai autovadītāja apliecību), lai pārbaudītu saņēmēja identitāti, un fiksētu dokumenta numura pēdējos 5 ciparus.
• Pircēja, kurš preci saņem ārpus Eiropas Savienības zonas, atbildībā ir segt visus ar atmuitošanu saistītos izdevumus.

Pasūtījumu atgriešana un atteikuma tiesības

Jums ir tiesības atteikties no iegādātā pasūtījuma 14 dienu laikā pēc tā saņemšanas, atsūtot to pa pastu/ar kurjeru vai ierodoties personīgi mūsu birojā (Latgales ielā 127, Rīgā, LV-1003). Precēm ir jābūt nelietotām un nesabojātām, un sūtījumam ir jāpievieno izdrukāts pasūtījuma apstiprinājums. Atpakaļsūtīšanas izmaksas sedz klients.

LABRAINS atmaksās saņemto naudu maksātāja kontā 3 darba dienu laikā no dienas, kad būs saņemtas atgrieztās preces, taču dažos gadījumos naudas atmaksa var aizņemt līdz 14 dienām.

Ja vēlaties atgriezt pasūtījumu, kura iegāde Jums nodrošināja dāvanas saņemšanu (piemēram, saņēmāt dāvanu par noteiktu pirkuma summu vai noteikta produkta iegādi), Jums jāatgriež arī saņemtā dāvana. Dāvanai jābūt nelietotai un nesabojātai. Ja izvēlaties neatgriezt dāvanu, tās vērtība tiks atskaitīta no atgrieztās summas.

DELIVERY METHODS

In Latvia and the Baltics

• Free delivery in Latvia and the Baltics to DPD Pickup points over 100.00 EUR;
• For orders under EUR 100.00, delivery fee to DPD Pickup points depends on the delivery provider's pricing (in Latvia – EUR 2.49, in Estonia and Lithuania – EUR 5.49);
• Free delivery in Latvia and the Baltics with courier orders over 150.00 EUR;
• For orders below 150.00 EUR, delivery fee by courier depends on the delivery provider's pricing.

in Europe and other countries of the world

• Free delivery to DPD Pickup points over 250 EUR;
• For orders below 250 EUR, the delivery fee to DPD Pickup points depends on the delivery provider's pricing;
• Delivery fee by courier depending on the delivery provider's pricing.

Delivery time

Delivery time for orders is 1-5 working days. Orders placed during the sale may take a little longer than usual to be delivered.
Please note that:

• If you have chosen delivery by courier, please indicate a delivery address where you can be and receive the order on working days, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Please provide correct phone number and detailed address. Please provide all necessary additional information, such as the door code, so that the courier can make the delivery on time. If the address provided is inaccurate or incorrect, this delivery time may be extended.
• At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask to name the order number and/or to present an identity document (passport, ID card or driver's license) to verify the recipient's identity and record the last 5 digits of the document number.
• The buyer, who receives the product outside the European Union area, is responsible for covering all expenses related to customs clearance.

Return of orders and right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel the purchased order within 14 days of receiving it, by sending it by mail/courier or by personally coming to our office (Latgales iela 127, Riga, LV-1003). Items must be unused and undamaged and a printed order confirmation must accompany the shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

LABRAINS will refund the money received to the payer's account within 3 working days from the day the returned goods are received, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.

If you want to return an order, the purchase of which provided you with a gift (for example, you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or the purchase of a certain product), you must also return the received gift. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the amount returned.

Return of damaged goods
